버디픽(BuddyPick) 이용약관

제1조 (목적 및 서비스 내용)

버디픽(BuddyPick, 이하 "서비스")은 교환학생 등 이용자를 위한 강의 검색, 주간 시간표 작성, 강의 리뷰·버디노트 열람, 학교 커뮤니티(게시글·댓글·좋아요) 기능을 제공합니다. 본 약관은 서비스 이용에 관한 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무를 정합니다.

제2조 (이용 자격)

① 서비스는 만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있으며, 가입 시 만 14세 이상임을 확인받습니다.
② 서비스는 학교 인증 코드를 통해 이용 자격을 확인할 수 있습니다.

제3조 (회원가입과 필수 확인)

① 이용자는 아이디 가입 또는 Google 로그인으로 회원가입할 수 있습니다. 이메일 가입 시 이메일 인증이 필요합니다.
② 회원가입 시 이용자는 다음을 각각 분리하여 확인·동의합니다.

  1. 이용약관 동의
  2. 개인정보처리방침 확인 (개인정보처리방침의 확인을 의미하며, 별도의 개인정보 수집·이용 동의와 반드시 동일한 것으로 보지 않습니다)
  3. 만 14세 이상 확인

③ 이용자는 정확한 정보로 가입해야 하며, 타인의 정보나 허위 정보(허위 학교 인증 포함)를 사용할 수 없습니다.

제4조 (계정 관리)

① 이용자는 자신의 계정 및 로그인 정보를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
② 계정 도용·부정 사용이 의심되면 서비스는 계정 보호 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (이용자 콘텐츠와 이용 허락)

① 리뷰·게시글·댓글 등 이용자가 작성한 콘텐츠의 권리는 작성자에게 있습니다.
② 이용자는 서비스가 해당 콘텐츠를 서비스 제공·표시 목적 범위에서 사용·표시하도록 허락합니다.
③ 작성 콘텐츠는 본인의 정직한 경험이어야 하며, 인신공격·타인의 개인정보 노출·불법 정보를 포함할 수 없습니다. 커뮤니티 이용 기준은 별도의 커뮤니티 운영정책을 따릅니다.

제6조 (콘텐츠 삭제 및 탈퇴 후 보관)

① 이용자는 자신의 게시글·댓글·리뷰를 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
② 회원 탈퇴 후에도 서비스 정보·대화 흐름 유지를 위해 리뷰·게시글·댓글이 보관될 수 있으며, 이때 작성자 식별정보를 제거한 상태로 표시됩니다(리뷰 익명, 닉네임으로 작성된 글은 "탈퇴한 사용자"). 좋아요는 탈퇴 시 삭제됩니다.
③ 특정 콘텐츠 삭제를 원하면 탈퇴 전에 직접 삭제해야 합니다.

제7조 (신고·차단·제재)

① 이용자는 부적절한 게시글·댓글을 신고하거나, 다른 이용자를 차단하여 해당 이용자의 커뮤니티 콘텐츠를 보지 않을 수 있습니다.
② 서비스는 약관·정책 위반 콘텐츠를 숨김 처리하거나, 위반 계정을 경고·정지할 수 있습니다.
③ 세부 기준은 커뮤니티 운영정책에 따릅니다.

제8조 (금지행위)

제9조 (요금)

① 서비스는 현재 모든 기능을 무료로 제공하며, 유료 서비스·결제 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.
② 향후 유료 기능을 도입하는 경우, 요금·결제·환불 등 필요한 사항을 별도로 정하여 사전에 공지한 후 적용합니다.

제10조 (정보의 정확성 한계)

강의·시간표·버디노트 정보는 공개된 개설강좌 정보와 이용자 후기 등을 가공한 것으로 오류·최신성 한계가 있을 수 있습니다. 수강신청·학사 관련 최종 확인은 학교 공식 시스템에서 하시기 바랍니다.

제11조 (서비스의 변경·중단)

서비스는 운영·기술상 필요에 따라 내용을 변경하거나 전부·일부를 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경·중단은 사전에 공지하도록 노력합니다.

제12조 (약관의 변경)

① 서비스는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.
② 개정 시 시행일과 개정 사유를 명시하여 서비스 내 공지 또는 본 페이지 게시로 알립니다. 이용자에게 중요하거나 불리한 변경은 시행일 전에 사전 공지합니다.
③ 이용자가 개정 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 회원 탈퇴로 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. 공지된 시행일 이후 계속 이용하면 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제13조 (책임 제한)

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 이용자가 앱의 강의 정보·커뮤니티 콘텐츠에 근거해 내린 결정의 결과에 대해 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 서비스의 고의·중과실로 인한 책임은 제한하지 않습니다.

제14조 (이용계약 해지·회원 탈퇴)

① 이용자는 My 탭에서 언제든 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
② 탈퇴 시 개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.
③ 서비스는 이용자가 약관을 중대하게 위반한 경우 이용을 제한하거나 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.

제15조 (준거법 및 분쟁 처리)

① 본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 합니다.
② 분쟁은 상호 협의로 해결하며, 협의가 되지 않으면 관련 법령이 정한 절차에 따릅니다.

본 약관은 2026년 7월 27일부터 시행됩니다.

BuddyPick Terms of Service

1. Purpose and service

BuddyPick ("the Service") provides course search, weekly timetable building, course reviews and buddy notes, and school community features (posts, comments, likes) for exchange students and others.

2. Eligibility

(1) Only users aged 14+ may register; users confirm this at signup. (2) The Service may confirm eligibility via a school verification code.

3. Registration and required confirmations

(1) Register via ID signup or Google sign-in; email signup requires email verification. (2) At signup you separately confirm/agree to each of: 1) agreement to the Terms; 2) review of the Privacy Policy (a confirmation that you reviewed it, not necessarily the same as a separate consent to the collection/use of personal data); 3) that you are 14 or older. (3) You must use accurate information and may not use others' or false information.

4. Account management

(1) You are responsible for keeping your account/credentials secure. (2) The Service may take protective measures if theft/misuse is suspected.

5. Your content and license

(1) Rights to your content belong to you. (2) You grant the Service permission to use/display it within the scope of the Service. (3) Content must be honest and must not contain personal attacks, others' private information, or unlawful content; community use follows the Community Policy.

6. Content deletion and post-withdrawal retention

(1) You may delete your own posts, comments, and reviews. (2) After withdrawal, reviews/posts/comments may be kept with author-identifying information removed (reviews anonymous; nickname-authored posts show "Deleted member"). Likes are deleted on withdrawal. (3) To remove specific content, delete it before withdrawing.

7. Reporting, blocking, sanctions

(1) You may report inappropriate posts/comments or block another user. (2) The Service may hide violating content and warn or suspend accounts. (3) Details follow the Community Policy.

8. Prohibited conduct

False information/impersonation/false school verification; spam/flooding/advertising; personal attacks/harassment/discrimination/hate; unauthorized collection/posting of others' personal information; scraping or interfering with operation; violating laws or others' rights.

9. Fees

(1) The Service currently provides all features free of charge and offers no paid services or payment features. (2) If paid features are introduced later, fees, payment, refunds, and related matters will be separately defined and announced in advance.

10. Accuracy limitations

Course/timetable/buddy-note information is compiled from public listings and user reviews and may contain errors or be out of date. Confirm registration/academic matters in the university's official systems.

11. Changes / suspension of service

The Service may change or suspend features for operational/technical reasons and will endeavor to announce material changes in advance.

12. Changes to these Terms

(1) We may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. (2) We announce the effective date and reason; material/unfavorable changes are announced before they take effect. (3) If you do not agree, you may terminate by withdrawing; continued use after the effective date is deemed agreement.

13. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for outcomes of decisions based on course information or community content. Liability for intent or gross negligence is not limited.

14. Termination / withdrawal

(1) Withdraw anytime in the My tab. (2) Personal data on withdrawal is handled per the Privacy Policy. (3) The Service may restrict use or terminate for material breach.

15. Governing law and disputes

(1) Governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. (2) Disputes are resolved by consultation; failing that, per applicable law.

17. Effective date
