버디픽(BuddyPick) 커뮤니티 운영정책

본 정책은 실제 서비스에 구현된 기능(신고·사용자 차단·관리자 숨김/정지)에 맞춰 작성되었으며, 구현되지 않은 자동 필터링이나 특정 시간 내 대응을 약속하지 않습니다. 본 정책은 이용약관의 일부로 적용됩니다.
1. 목적
버디픽 커뮤니티(게시글·댓글·리뷰)를 안전하게 유지하기 위한 이용 기준과 처리 절차를 정합니다.
2. 금지 콘텐츠
- 인신공격·괴롭힘·차별·혐오 표현
- 타인의 개인정보 노출
- 스팸·도배·광고성 게시
- 허위·사칭·기만
- 불법 정보 또는 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠
3. 신고
- 이용자는 게시글·댓글의 "신고" 기능으로 부적절한 콘텐츠를 신고할 수 있습니다.
- 한 이용자는 같은 대상에 대해 한 번 신고할 수 있습니다.
- 신고는 운영자가 검토하며, 신고가 접수되었다고 해서 해당 콘텐츠가 자동으로 삭제되거나 즉시 처리되는 것은 아닙니다. (자동 필터링·정해진 대응 시간은 제공하지 않습니다.)
4. 사용자 차단
- 이용자는 다른 이용자를 차단하여 그 이용자의 커뮤니티 콘텐츠를 자신의 화면에서 보이지 않게 할 수 있습니다.
- 차단은 차단한 이용자에게 알림 없이 적용되며, My 탭에서 차단 목록 확인·해제가 가능합니다.
- 익명으로 작성된 콘텐츠는 작성자를 추론할 수 없도록 차단 대상에서 제외됩니다(신고는 가능).
5. 콘텐츠 숨김·삭제
- 운영자는 약관·본 정책을 위반한 콘텐츠를 숨김 처리할 수 있으며, 숨겨진 콘텐츠는 일반 이용자에게 노출되지 않습니다.
- 이용자는 본인이 작성한 게시글·댓글·리뷰를 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
6. 경고·계정 정지
- 위반 정도에 따라 운영자는 계정에 경고를 주거나 일정 기간 또는 영구히 이용을 정지할 수 있습니다.
- 정지된 계정은 정지 기간 동안 로그인·이용이 제한됩니다.
7. 문의 및 이의제기
- 신고 결과, 콘텐츠 숨김, 계정 정지 등에 이의가 있으면 dahoo0404@gmail.com으로 문의할 수 있습니다.
- 운영자는 접수된 문의를 합리적인 범위에서 검토하여 회신합니다(특정 시간 내 회신을 보장하지는 않습니다).

9. 변경 및 시행일
본 정책은 서비스 운영에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 서비스 내 공지 또는 본 페이지 게시로 알립니다. 본 정책은 2026년 7월 27일부터 시행됩니다.
BuddyPick Community Policy
Effective: July 27, 2026
This policy matches the features actually implemented (reporting, user blocking, admin hide/suspension) and does not promise automated filtering or any specific response time. It applies as part of the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited content
Personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, or hate speech; exposure of others' personal information; spam/flooding/advertising; false information, impersonation, or deception; unlawful content or content infringing others' rights.
3. Reporting
Report inappropriate posts/comments with the "Report" action (once per item). Reports are reviewed by the operator; a submitted report does not automatically delete content or guarantee immediate handling.
4. User blocking
Block another user to hide their community content from your view. Blocking applies without notifying them; manage it in the My tab. Anonymous content is excluded from blocking so its author cannot be inferred (it can still be reported).
5. Hiding / deleting content
The operator may hide content that violates the Terms or this policy. Users can delete their own posts, comments, and reviews.
6. Warnings / suspension
Depending on severity, the operator may warn an account or suspend it for a period or permanently. A suspended account cannot log in during suspension.
7. Inquiries and appeals
If you disagree with a report outcome, content hiding, or suspension, contact dahoo0404@gmail.com. The operator reviews inquiries reasonably (no specific response time is guaranteed).
